Malcesine, on the eastern shore of Lake Garda,
clustered around the towering Scaliger Castle
and the historic palazzo dei capitani, has
retained its medieval origins. The climate is
temperate and healthy, especially in low season,
magnificent walks in the hills and high
mountains, olive groves, lush Mediterranean
vegetation.
The country offers numerous sports including
sailing, windsurfing, mountain biking, trekking
and paragliding.
With a short cableway ride, we pass from
Malcesine (65m above sea level) to Monte Baldo
(1745m ) also called Botanical Garden 's Italy.
